The Healthy Schools, Healthy Communities™ (HSHC™) program provides educators with the tools to help children and families choose healthy foods to eat and be more physically active. This training prepares educators to work with schools and community sites to coordinate and deliver program lesson series with fidelity with best practice recommendations for delivering the program in-person or using digital modifications. elect program resources are available for reference and supporting PSE strategies. <br>

The experiences of others can be a valuable resource, this space is intended to be interactive and conversational, a place where all can ask questions, share best practices and connect as a community of educators. It will be available throughout FY 2023. We encourage you to engage with each other via one-on-one chats, posting and reacting to the Activity Feed, scheduling one-on-one or group meetings and actively engaging in live training and peer sharing opportunities. If you are looking for specific support and can't seem to find it, submit for form detailing your needs and we will do our best to help. <br>
